DESCRIPTION:The historical reenactment of the delivery of Feltre to Venice \nIn order to remember and celebrate the donation of Feltre to Venice\, a public decree established that in the following years\, on 15 August\, a procession of all the orders of the city would take place and a Palio of 15 gold ducats would be run.  \n  The Palio that has been held in Feltre since 1979 every first Sunday in August is meant to commemorate this very event. The palio is transformed into a leap back in time that recreates the 15th-century atmosphere thanks to the marvellous choreography studied down to the smallest detail\, the result of scrupulous philological reconstruction.  \n  The pomp and circumstance of the costumes of the procession of nobles and ladies that\, on Sunday morning\, leads from the 16th-century imperial gate along Largo Castaldi to the cathedral forecourt to attend the Holy Mass and in the afternoon along Via Mezzaterra and Piazza Maggiore to the final competitions until the proclamation of the winning quarter.  \n  The city’s four quarters compete in the Prà del Moro arena in the tug-of-war and horse race\, earning valuable points that\, added to those obtained in the relay race and archery\, will determine the new holder of the fifteen-ducat banner.  \n  The celebrations begin on Friday with the dinners of the quarters that bring together hundreds of contradaioli who have come to support their quarter.

All of us\, at least once in our lives\, have felt compelled to explore beyond in order to learn to overcome the dilemmas and dramas that seem to confine existence within narrow boundaries. \nIn this book\, the author has not hesitated to ask herself these questions\, coming to associate her own objective experiences with the myths of the ancient wisdom of the Tarot. In addition\, she has sought to glimpse in them a mirror to delve deeply into the important themes that truly touch us\, not so much to find a meaning in suffering\, but to finally determine what prevents us from growing and being happy. \nThe events narrated in “Other Planets” adhere to that source of strength that connects us to the world of Celtic Tarot and do so with the intent of purification. DESCRIPTION:Second edition for gravel lovers! \nGravelling in the Village is the Gravel event that will take you to discover the Prealps of the Municipality of Borgo Valbelluna without the anxiety of timing. It won’t be easy and it will require some effort\, but if you love cycling surrounded by nature and away from traffic\, you will be captivated by the pre-Alpine landscape. \nEveryone who is at least 18 years old at the time of registration and belongs to any nationality can participate. An event to be experienced independently. \n No assistance will be provided; you will have to manage on your own. The ideal bike is a gravel bike\, but nothing prevents participation with any other model\, including e-bikes (NO ROAD BIKES). \nComplete the adventure and receive a digital participation certificate for the event. \nThe day before departure\, you will be provided with the route to upload to your GPS. You must follow the path without shortcuts. It is not a race\, so there will be no time limits. \nYou will decide your pace\, where to stop\, and when to finish.  \n UNIQUE ROUTE 70 km and 1\,000 elevation gain  Gravelling in the Village takes place on paved roads\, gravel roads\, and trails. The route\, from start to finish\, will be open to traffic. DESCRIPTION:The historical reenactment of the delivery of Feltre to Venice \nIn order to remember and celebrate the donation of Feltre to Venice\, a public decree established that in the following years\, on 15 August\, a procession of all the orders of the city would take place and a Palio of 15 gold ducats would be run.  \n  The Palio that has been held in Feltre since 1979 every first Sunday in August is meant to commemorate this very event. The palio is transformed into a leap back in time that recreates the 15th-century atmosphere thanks to the marvellous choreography studied down to the smallest detail\, the result of scrupulous philological reconstruction.  \n  The pomp and circumstance of the costumes of the procession of nobles and ladies that\, on Sunday morning\, leads from the 16th-century imperial gate along Largo Castaldi to the cathedral forecourt to attend the Holy Mass and in the afternoon along Via Mezzaterra and Piazza Maggiore to the final competitions until the proclamation of the winning quarter.  \n  The city’s four quarters compete in the Prà del Moro arena in the tug-of-war and horse race\, earning valuable points that\, added to those obtained in the relay race and archery\, will determine the new holder of the fifteen-ducat banner.  \n  The celebrations begin on Friday with the dinners of the quarters that bring together hundreds of contradaioli who have come to support their quarter.

In this area\, there is a Cimbrian ethnic settlement dating back to the early 1800s.Of German origin\, this population comes from Roana\, one of the seven municipalities of the Vicentino plateau\, which settled here due to the rich beech forests\, a plant species suitable for crafts.Currently\, the villages of Campon and Pian Osteria are inhabited by the Cimbri\, while traces of some typical constructions remain in Le Rotte\, Vallorch\, I Pich\, Pian Canaie\, Canaie\, Pian dei Lovi\, and Valbona. The historic building of Pian Osteria houses the Ethnographic and Cimbrian Culture Museum; it is open every day from June 15 to September 15 and can also be visited by appointment during other times of the year. Among its sections\, the first is dedicated to woodworking; the second is dedicated to the Cimbrian craftsmanship; the third is dedicated to the library and to the screening of videos about Cansiglio and Cimbrian culture\, its history and legends.
