Each will tell a different story\, offering the public a marketplace that is always different\, capable of enhancing local excellence and providing new experiences with every visit. There will also be a hut dedicated to serving food and drinks\, managed on a rotation basis by local groups.  \nThis initiative not only invites citizens and visitors to rediscover the cultural\, gastronomic\, and cultural riches of the village\, but also testifies to the desire of the entire community to engage and collaborate to create authentic projects\, rich in warmth and conviviality. \nShows\, workshops\, and animations for young and old will accompany the public throughout the festive period\, creating a place suspended between magic and hospitality.  \nAlongside this bright and festive atmosphere\, the exhibition “The Gold and the Soul. DESCRIPTION:Guided exploration of watercolor for boys and girls \nChristmas at the Museum \nTraditions\, memories\, and initiatives for young and old \nThe Ethnographic Museum Dolomiti in Cesiomaggiore is preparing to celebrate the Christmas season with two initiatives that combine memory\, tradition\, and active public participation. A Christmas in the spirit of the winters of the past\, snow\, and sledding that have shaped the collective imagination of mountain communities. \nAt the entrance of the museum\, visitors are greeted by a charming small nativity scene\, set up as an introduction to the exhibition “The Sled in Tradition\, Play\, and Competition\,” dedicated to the world of sledding\, which will be inaugurated at the end of January. A first taste of an exhibition path that tells the story of games\, movement\, and winter life of the past. \nNext to the nativity scene\, there is also a special Christmas tree\, designed as a place for sharing: all visitors are invited to hang a personal memory related to snow\, sledding\, and emotions experienced during the winters of their childhood. A simple gesture that transforms the museum into a lively space made of personal stories and collective memory. \n \nThe calendar continues on Saturday\, January 3\, 2026\, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM\, with “Knowledge Barter\,” an activity dedicated to girls and boys aged 10 and up. An introduction to discovering watercolor\, led by the museum’s watercolorists\, designed as a moment of exchange\, creativity\, and learning. The activity is free\, but space is limited.

DESCRIPTION:The Municipality of Limana\, in collaboration with the Municipal Library and the Pro Loco of Limana\, presents the 2nd edition of Christmas Lights in Limana\, a rich calendar of initiatives that will accompany the community throughout the holiday season\, from December 6 to January 6. \nNature walks\, children’s shows\, musical moments\, cultural events\, religious celebrations\, and activities dedicated to families will enliven the town from December 6 to January 6\, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. \nAs every year\, there will be the lighting of the decorations\, concerts\, the living nativity scene\, traditional celebrations\, and cultural proposals curated by the Library. \nAdditionally\, the “Luminous Limana” Contest returns\, dedicated to the most beautiful Christmas decorations: applications are open until Sunday\, December 14. \nThe night excursion “Under the Wolf’s Moon”\, scheduled for January 3 at 7:00 PM\, will offer participants a suggestive experience immersed in the winter nature\, accompanied by expert guides along a path suitable for everyone. DESCRIPTION:The free Christmas tours organized by volunteers of the Campedel Association return this year to discover the artistic treasures of the churches in Belluno: three events to unveil the history and works of the sacred places in the territory through stories\, anecdotes\, and curiosities. \nOn Saturday\, January 3\, at 3:30 PM\, we will visit the Cathedral of San Martino. The first sacred building\, probably paleochristian\, was dedicated to St. Martin of Tours by the Bishop of Belluno\, Felice\, in 548\, during the Gothic wars. Among the 14th-century altars\, there remains the so-called ark of the Azzoni\, bricked inside the bell tower\, and that of the Avoscano\, which today serves as the altar table of the crypt.In 1471\, an accidental fire forced the reconstruction of the cathedral\, which previously had its façade facing the Piave: the new cathedral was erected starting in 1517\, designed by Tullio Lombardo.In 1732\, the Baroque bell tower was raised\, designed by Filippo Juvarra. Inside\, it houses works by Cesare Vecellio\, Andrea Meldolla known as lo Schiavone\, Jacopo Da Ponte\, Andrea Brustolon\, Gaspare Diziani\, and others. \nNo reservation is required.
