The fate of the protagonist and her music teacher are intertwined by a profound pain: a sexual violence that they both have suffered. A story of violence and rebirth\, a journey that starts from pain and fear to arrive at the reconstruction of a life. In these pages\, there is a concentration of love for life\, pages written with the ink of suffering but also of gratitude. In conversation with the author: Marco D’Incà. \nTuesday\, March 25\, also at 6:00 PM\, features “The Driver of Dr. Lauer – Belluno 1943-1945” by Rita Da Pont. The Filo’ of the Mountains.” \nA group of mountain women will help us relive the spirit and warmth\, even human\, of the Filo’ of the past\, sharing their stories and engaging in dialogue together. Diverse personalities\, with different experiences\, of various ages\, in contexts that are not always the same but united by a common thread: their tenacity\, positive energy\, firm will\, and the ability to blend imagination with practicality\, enterprise with elegance. \nThe true “Beauty” of femininity emerges\, highlighting the drive for continuous exploration and the sharing of identifying approaches. Each of them will reveal their own world\, built from a network of exchanges and different roles\, connected to the mountainous territory in which they live their everyday lives. We will revisit the magic of the Filo’ of the past\, which still exists\, due to the innate characteristic of women to naturally weave relational networks. \nTo demonstrate this aspect\, there will be the presence of “Quelledelluncinetto” from Quero\, with their handmade roses for a charitable cause.  \nDuring the evening\, there will also be readings of some poems by Luana Gorza\, who passed away ten years ago after a long illness\, accompanied by the music of Pina Sabbatini.  \nWomen who leave traces in their daily lives\, in the time of work and leisure\, in the social networks they build and share….  \nExperiences\, difficulties\, trials and errors\, solutions\, dreams\, projects\, hopes …

DESCRIPTION: Children’s readings \nThe Civic Library of Belluno\, starting from March 7th and until March 28th (every Friday of the month)\, is reintroducing the project “Watch Out for the Book!”\, with read-aloud sessions for children aged 3 to 7 years. The readings will be conducted by our talented readers: Annamaria Canepa\, Sabina D’Isep\, Valentina Pellegrinon\, Paola Brolati\, and Chiara Buttignon. \nThe appointment for those interested is at the library’s venue\, at 5 PM lasting for 30 minutes. \nParticipants will be able to listen to readings of books\, stories\, tales\, and nursery rhymes from various authors and genres\, and there will also be themed meetings. \nAt the Children’s Room in Palazzo Crepadona (on the 2nd floor) in Belluno. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Entry is free and no reservation is required. Punctuality is important!
