DESCRIPTION:Open Dairies in Valbelluna enhances the work of the cooperative dairies in the area by showcasing traditional processing methods still in use today\, which determine the quality of the dairy products offered. With nearly 30 thousand quintals of milk per year\, the dairy companies represent an invaluable socio-economic heritage to be preserved. There are over 50 varieties of cheese produced\, including DOP (Montasio) and PAT: a basket of products of the highest quality\, recognized on countless occasions thanks to local competitions (such as those promoted by the CCIAA of Belluno-Treviso) and regional ones (Caseus Veneti). \nDuring the event day\, the involved dairies are open to the public and offer demonstrations of their product processing at different times\, presented by the cheesemakers and/or industry technicians and ONAF collaborators\, guided tastings of cheeses from the dairies accompanied by wines from Valbelluna and beyond\, and other quality products (such as the DOP Honey of the Belluno Dolomites\, jams from local farms\, and much more). \nTo enliven the day\, folk groups\, choirs\, and other entertainers provide performances at the dairies. Additionally\, themed dinners and lunches\, led by the ONAF tasters from Belluno\, will take place in the restaurants of Valbelluna in the days leading up to the event! \nLet’s discover the cheeses and flavors of Valbelluna!

DESCRIPTION:Tickets:  \nFull € 25Members € 15Students € 5 \n72nd Season 2025 Parallel Motions \n“A deep inspiration linked to the romantic world\,” is how the Trio Nebelmeer presents itself\, coming from France after their recent concert at the Quirinale in Rome for Rai Radio 3\, to perform in Belluno as part of the 72nd Musical Season of the Circolo Culturale Bellunese\, on Wednesday\, June 4 at 8:30 PM\, at the Piccolo Teatro Pierobon in Paiane di Ponte nelle Alpi (BL). \nThe evening’s program does not disappoint: Franz Schubert\, Nocturne in E-flat major op. 148 D. 897; Felix Mendelssohn\, Trio in D minor No. 1 op. 49; and Maurice Ravel\, Trio in A minor\, showcasing all the emotion and artistry of a live performance by the Trio Nebelmeer. \nTrio Nebelmeer\, comprised of Arthur Decaris (violin)\, Florian Pons (cello)\, and Loann Fourmental (piano)\, is the winner of the First Prize at the prestigious International Competition “Premio Trio di Trieste” 2024 and the related Special Ribotta Prize. \nThe three musicians – excellent and well-known soloists – chose the name of their Trio in homage to Caspar David Friedrich and his famous work “Wanderer above the Sea of Fog” (Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer)\, a symbolic reference to the beauty and mystery of nature\, which also reflects the essence of their music. \nThanks to their extraordinary ability to create enveloping sound rich with emotion\, the Trio Nebelmeer has quickly captured the attention of the international music scene\, earning invitations to prestigious world-class festivals. \nSince September 2022\, Nebelmeer has been appointed “Trio in residence” at the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Belgium. In 2023\, with the support of the Theatre and Conservatory of Caen\, the Trio released their first CD: a project dedicated to the works of Chausson and Saint-Saëns\, for the Mirare label. \nThe album has received enthusiastic reviews from both French and German critics\, confirming its artistic value. Looking to the future\, 2024 saw Trio Nebelmeer debut in the prestigious Grand Hall of Bozar in Brussels\, within the “Bozar Next Generation” program\, further recognizing their growing success. \nArthur Decaris plays a Giovanni Francesco Pressenda violin\, kindly loaned by the Talents & Violon Celles fund\, with the support of the Safran Foundation for Music. \nFlorian Pons plays a 18th-century cello\, attributed to Ambroise de Comble\, a pupil of the famous luthier Stradivari. \nTickets\, information\, program notes written by Giovanni Burigo and Zeno Turetta\, students of the Musical High School Renier of Belluno\, and all concerts of the 2025 Season\, can be found at the website belcircolo.org.
