DESCRIPTION:All activities are free and open access\, but registration is mandatory \n Immerse yourself in biodiversity through excursions and thematic workshops \nThe Municipality of Feltre presents the SIAMO NATURA project!\, designed for everyone with a focus on the younger generation\, to truly connect with our wonderful mountains and the flourishing garden of possibilities and wonders they offer. \n A unique opportunity to rediscover the deep bond between humanity and nature through excursions\,  trekking\,  workshops\, and residential activities dedicated to the youth\, led by expert environmental nature guides. \n The project will involve the Vincheto Nature Reserve\, managed by the Carabinieri Biodiversity Department of Belluno: a protected oasis according to the Ramsar Convention\, of international importance situated on the right bank of the Piave River.  Established in 1971\, it encompasses 92 hectares of wetlands with standing and flowing water\, riparian forests\, meadows\, and shrub lands. \n  Through guided tours\, participants will learn about the history\, biodiversity\, and significance of the natural site and its relationship with water. \n We will observe the waters\, the great trees\, the rocks and pebbles\, flowers\, and birds as inhabitants of the area\, recounting how humans have interacted with nature by cultivating trees\, gathering reeds\, and building mills. \n The guided tours of the reserve and half-day excursions are easy walks aimed at adults and families with children starting from 6 years old. \n Full-day excursions are aimed at adults and families with teenagers starting from 10 years old.

You can visit the exhibits in the barn where art meets spring. The walks to discover the Seren valley offer the opportunity to explore unspoiled landscapes\, while the visit to Tane Muse farm allows for a connection with agricultural life. For those who love gastronomy and traditional cooking\, there is a peasant cooking workshop\, a project titled “The tomato and its siblings\,” and an activity on herbal preparations. Additionally\, you can enjoy an aperitif in good company through “aperistalla.” Other activities for nature lovers include: San Giovanni under the walnut tree\, forest bathing in the Montesort chestnut grove\, and haymaking. The “open farms” allow for the discovery of the work of local realities. For those who wish to experiment with manual skills\, a soap-making course is also offered. \nIn the coming weeks\, individual posters for each event will follow.

In 1988\, Mauro Repetto founded the band 883 together with Max Pezzali. He co-writes with him all the biggest hits\, milestones of Italian music. Initially\, Mauro was the lead singer\, but for a series of reasons\, he only expresses himself with a surreal dance behind Max because that’s what their manager Claudio Cecchetto likes. At the peak of success\, Mauro rebels and disappears as if by magic until today. The success of the 883 for years has been called Pezzali\, but the fans of the 883 continue to hope for Mauro’s return. Repetto remains a memory in the collective imagination of the audience from those years as that crazy sprite who jumped around in the unforgettable videos of “Nord sud ovest est”\, “Hanno ucciso l’uomo ragno”\, “Sei un mito” and “Come mai”. And yet\, he wrote those songs\, shaped them\, lived them. No one truly knows who Mauro Repetto is\, but behind him lies a fascinating world: the world of a romantic dreamer in search of new dreams. Today\, Mauro is no longer the blond guy jumping around; he doesn’t regret the past but finally sings his songs\, the songs of the 883. DESCRIPTION:Dario Giordano presents his new book \nThe Pro Loco Monti del Sole\, with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Sospirolo – Civic Library\, Centro Studi Montagna Sospirolese\, Gruppo Archeologico Agordino ARCA\, and the CAI section of Feltre\, organizes the presentation of the book “More or Less Hidden Treasures of the Belluno Dolomites and Surroundings.” The geological and paleontological features that make the Dolomites unique and extraordinary\, with the intervention of the author\, geologist Danilo Giordano. \n Recently published in the series Memorie geologiche agordine\, by the Association of Friends of Minerals and with the sponsorship of the historic Mining Institute “Follador” of Agordo\, the text aims to describe the geological and paleontological features of the Belluno Dolomites\, also highlighting lesser-known aspects and relying on a rich and evocative photographic apparatus (many images are by the author himself\, with significant external contributions).  The book opens by illustrating the motivations (the landscape and geological value\, the exceptional beauty and monumentality of the peaks\, the scientific interest for the international research community) that led to the recognition of the Dolomites as a UNESCO World Heritage site with the Sevilla Declaration of June 26\, 2009; it then analyzes the various mountain systems of the Belluno region\, highlighting some particular\, lesser-known aspects (the “hidden treasures” referenced in the title). It reveals an extraordinary knowledge of the territory\, built over the years through long and assiduous visits\, where scientific competence is always accompanied by boundless passion.  The last part of the book is dedicated to the wonderful world of fossils*\, tackling the challenging task of reconstructing a review of the main finds\, countless and continually evolving\, as he boasts of having discovered the first fossil in the world of a “regurgitated crocodile” and made the first finds of fossils in the metamorphic rocks of the Subalpine region. Therefore\, a fundamental book for those who want to understand more about the history and geological nature of our Belluno mountains\, written in a clear and precise language\, accessible even to non-experts\, without sacrificing scientific rigor. * Note for locals: the book mentions fossils collected around the Certosa di Vedana and includes a photo of a dolphin-like creature found in the Cordevole at Roe Basse in 1989.  During the evening\, there will be a mention of the territories of the Monti del Sole\, Pizzocco-Piani Eterni\, and the Cordevole Channel. At the end\, Danilo Giordano will engage in a dialogue with the audience.  Born in Feltre and residing in the municipality\, Danilo Giordano graduated with honors in Geological Sciences from the University of Padua; he has taught Geology at the Mining Institute “U. Follador” of Agordo; he has collaborated on geological studies with ENEA\, CNR\, University of Padua. He has authored around sixty publications of a popular and scientific nature. He has carried out\, and continues to carry out\, geological guiding activities and teaching in training courses for the Belluno Dolomites National Park\, CAI Veneto\, the G. Angelini Foundation for Mountain Studies\, and the Dolomites UNESCO Foundation.  He is the author of the chapter “Le Masiere di Vedana. DESCRIPTION:Experiences\, sensations\, and emotions in Borgo Valbelluna. \n“Camminando (Walking) Experiences\, Sensations\, Emotions” is the first festival in the province of Belluno dedicated to walking\, exploring its countless facets. Not only hiking but also the philosophy of walking\, its literature\, and the many protagonists who promote walking not only as a means of physical and mental well-being but also as a lifestyle and a way to savor the pleasure of discovering territories rich in culture\, history\, and nature like Borgo Valbelluna\, which is perfect for promoting slow tourism. \nThe 2025 edition has already opened with an autumn preview that proposed two events that had a significant public response. The first meeting was with the ultra-trail runner Mario Piazzo and “Fatigue Makes You Happy\,” a story of how sport and walking can be a means of rediscovering oneself and experiencing strong emotions. The event with Giovanni Carraro\, who presented a preview of his new work of historical research and mapping of the trail network that crosses the villages of the foothills of Borgo Valbelluna\, was sold out. \nOn February 7th\, Daniele Matterazzo will return to the San Felice Hall in Trichiana at 8:45 pm. Daniele will recount his latest adventure in Greenland along an ancient seasonal migration route used by the Inuit since antiquity. The following day he will meet with schools. \nOn March 28th\, the cartographer-writer Luigi Farrauto will finally be a guest at the festival with his “Geographies of a Timid Traveler\,” an ironic guide to what not to do when traveling to the most remote places on earth. The presentation\, which will be held at 5:30 pm at the Palazzo delle Contesse in Mel\, will be in collaboration with the Zumellese Theater Group\, which will read some passages from the book; followed by an aperitif with the author and the opportunity to visit Cinetismo Cromatico (March 8th – May 4th)\, an exhibition of kinetic art that brings together some of the most important international artists. \nOn April 11th at 8:45 pm\, in the Auditorium San Pietro di Mel\, Camminando brings the flamenco show El Corazón al Sur to Belluno for the first time\, a story of a people’s journey to the new continent\, bringing with them their culture\, their songs\, and their dances. \nOn May 11th in Lentiai\, Disabili Incorsa and gli Spingitori Inaffidabili propose a walk accompanying and pushing people with disabilities\, sharing the experience of walking together. \nFinally\, there is great anticipation in June for the photographic exhibition by Manrico Dell’Agnola IMMENSO BLU\, which arrives in Veneto for the first time with its spectacular Antarctic landscapes reproduced in the eponymous film\, a story of an alpine-exploratory expedition that will be screened. \nThe entire festival will be enriched as always by cultural walks and tastings to discover local producers and themed dinners.
