DESCRIPTION:Book presentation \nOn October 17th\, there will be a presentation of the book “Believing” by Julián Carrón\, an event organized by the Municipality of Belluno Department of Culture. \nTo believe is a verb with many meanings and countless implications that relate not only to the sphere of spirituality but also to that of psychology and more generally to living in a civil society. But what does it mean to believe today? And what does it mean not to believe? On what beliefs do the reflections of a man of faith rest\, or\, conversely\, those of an agnostic\, of a “Greek\,” as Umberto Galimberti defines himself? \nOne of the most interesting Catholic figures of the current landscape engages in a dialogue with one of the most well-known philosophers and psychoanalysts in Italy about the deep meaning of this word. The result is a high-level debate that is simultaneously clear and enlightening\, rich in suggestions and possible interpretations. It also provides a very interesting mapping of Western spiritual thought\, fundamental for both believers and non-believers.

Among the speakers\, Paralympic champion René De Silvestro will share his experience of rebirth through sports\, architect Mattia Menardi – Research Fellow at IUAV University of Venice and collaborator of Cortina Senza Confini – will provide an overview of vertical mobility models\, and Davide Giozet from the ASSI Association will illustrate the prospects for inclusive tourism. \nThe second chapter of the white paper “Beyond the Pelmo” emphasizes that accessibility does not mean altering the mountains\, but rather offering everyone the opportunity to experience them according to their own abilities.
