SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - Le erbette della Gina. Caccia al tesoro sul Piave
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: 14 \nCost: 40 euros\, all inclusive \nWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno) \nHow to get there: \n\nby train (meditative journey)\, station of Sedico-Bribano or Belluno \nby car\, highway A27 from Mestre to Belluno\n\nI wrote I wanted a lemon tea to reconstruct facts\, encounters\, and relationships that have been caused or conditioned by the bipolar disorder I live with. This has put me in a position to organize the entirety of my experiences: it has been a painful journey\, but one from which I have benefited because I have defined some aspects of the past that required a friendly reconciliation\, primarily with myself. \nI believe that this book can be useful to others because I have indicated some conditions for getting out of the tangle of mental illness: for example\, the awareness of needing to manage a insidious illness is essential for leading you to care for yourself with attention and consistency. \nI am happy to tell how one can return to being serene (and even happy) after reality has unraveled. Fabio Macaluso \nSaturday at 9:30 AM breakfast. Coffee\, tea\, all the good things needed to start the day well: cookies made with organic flours baked in a wood oven\, yogurt and local cheeses\, garden fruit jams\, and whatever the awakening and the season inspires (for example\, chiffon).  \nAt 12.30 PM a light lunch\, greetings and a toast. In between\, chit-chat\, questions\, great ideas. As much as you want. \nHarvesting and cooking with Gina Gallina

SUMMARY:Festa de San Dordi '26
DESCRIPTION:The patron saint is Saint George\, a soldier from Cappadocia who was martyred under Diocletian in 303. He is celebrated on April 23.The Vow\, which gave rise to the festival and has historical significance for the town\, dates back to the Plague of 1631. In that year\, the epidemic described by Manzoni had reached Sorriva\, claiming many victims\, so much so that the town was quarantined and surrounded by guards. The dead\, exhumed\, were buried in designated graves (in the Pian dei mort area)\, as recalled by the parish priest Don Francesco Todeschi. The doctor Zaccaria del Pozzo took action to have everything that could spread the contagion burned. \nThus\, the population\, through the two family heads Tomio and Baldassarre De Cia\, turned to Saint George\, promising to sanctify the commanded holidays\, fast on the vigils\, and lead a truly Christian life forever. However\, such promises proved to be too burdensome from the outset\, and it was decided to commutate the vow by perpetually sanctifying the feast of Saint George (on April 23) and offering the church a painted leather altar frontal. Additionally\, a procession and the distribution of bean soup to the town’s poor were added. \nEven today\, this particular tradition is respected: the Mass of the Vow is celebrated on April 23\, while the beans are collected from house to house\, then prepared and cooked\, to make the soup that is distributed the Sunday following the feast of the saint. On that day\, a procession takes place with the cappati (figures dressed as members of the dissolved Archconfraternity of the Most Holy Sacrament) who carry crosses\, torches\, and the banner. \nA Mass of suffrage is then celebrated with the blessing of the soup\, prepared each year by three different families\, which is then distributed by the conscripts (twenty-year-olds of the year) to all those present in the town. Alongside all this\, an animated festival takes place\, characterized by a distinctly gastronomic and folkloric flavor. \n \nFood and wine stand and the unmissable San Dordi procession with the blessing of the “San Dordi soup”

SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - Puro\, vergine\, italiano. Extra.
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: the meeting will take place with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participants; registrations close on April 10th. \nCost: 40 euros\, all inclusive \nWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno) \nHow to get there: \n\nby train (meditative journey)\, Sedico-Bribano or Belluno station \nby car\, A27 motorway from Mestre to Belluno\n\nExtra virgin olive oil is not just a simple condiment\, but a structural ingredient\, capable of determining the balance of a dish. Italy boasts a unique heritage of cultivars: over 500\, an extraordinary biodiversity that translates into deeply different organoleptic profiles\, each with a specific culinary vocation. \nKnowing how to choose the right oil is not a detail\, but a skill that radically transforms taste perception and makes us more aware consumers. The technical journey begins with the manual heating of the professional glass to release volatile molecules\, allowing the identification of fruity notes and the precise recognition of any organoleptic defects. Then\, it moves to tasting the oil neat through stripping\, which is the forced aspiration necessary to nebulize the oil and correctly evaluate the bitterness and spiciness\, fundamental markers of the quality and health value of the product. \n It concludes by testing the dynamic interaction between the oil and various foods\, observing how different product types can unexpectedly enhance or balance flavors. A journey designed to move from habitual consumption to conscious tasting\, acquiring the necessary tools to choose oil as a living element and protagonist of the kitchen. Angela De Luca \nSaturday at 15:00 We start on an empty stomach\, with all taste buds on alert. Then the fun begins: we look\, we smell\, we taste\, we savor. An 8-sense journey – let’s exaggerate\, come on – around the universe of extra virgin oils. 6 PM.30 PM\, lasco: greetings and kisses. \nPure\, virgin\, Italian. Extra. And other talents of olive oil. Tasting snack with Angela De Luca.
