Windbreaker\, poncho or k-way\, fleece or sweater\, umbrella\, hat or bandana. In case of the presence of children\, always bring a few spare garments. For wildlife excursions\, avoid bright colors and prefer black\, gray\, brown\, or green.  \nIt’s the month of deer love\, in which the males make their love song heard loudly. \nAt any time of the year\, nature can gift something magical and exciting.  \n  The beginning of autumn corresponds to the season of the deer mating: the woods come alive\, and the silence is broken by their roaring.   Around the middle of autumn\, in fact\, male deer create a harem made up of many females\, and they defend this harem with all their strength and voice.  \nTo let other males know that this is their territory\, the deer emit a characteristic sound\, the roar\, a poignant call of love\, audible even kilometers away.   Based on vocal power\, real challenges are created.  \nIn many cases\, the confrontation remains at the “vocal” level\, but if the power of the roars of the two deer is not enough to establish supremacy\, it leads to a showdown in the form of a display: the two deer study each other from a distance\, perform challenge movements without touching each other\, and showcase themselves. The one with a more imposing physique and larger antlers wins.  \n  A truly special month to experience in Valbelluna and in one of the most beautiful forests in Europe\, the Cansiglio Forest. \n  The excursions will take place in the afternoon evening\, between light and dark. \n  The cost: 25 euros for adults – free for minors between 6 and 15 years old

The Belluno area is a perfect amphitheater\, welcoming and allowing for various experiences. \nThe protagonists are the leaves\, which take on shades of yellow\, red\, and brown\, along with the magic of the Sun that brushes the peaks of the Belluno Prealps with its elongated rays\, the wind that colors the lips and reddens the cheeks\, the fog that softens the breathtaking landscapes of the area. \nFoliage is not just beauty to observe\, but an experience to fully live\, with all the senses. The sense of smell awakens among the moss\, wet bark\, and ripe fruits. The sense of taste takes center stage through what nature offers: sweet\, crunchy apples\, intense and enveloping flavors that narrate the landscape. \nFoliage is also a home to biodiversity: plants\, essences\, forms of life that populate the underbrush and often go unnoticed\, but are essential for the balance of it all. DESCRIPTION:Book presentation \nOn October 17th\, there will be a presentation of the book “Believing” by Julián Carrón\, an event organized by the Municipality of Belluno Department of Culture. \nTo believe is a verb with many meanings and countless implications that relate not only to the sphere of spirituality but also to that of psychology and more generally to living in a civil society. But what does it mean to believe today? And what does it mean not to believe? On what beliefs do the reflections of a man of faith rest\, or\, conversely\, those of an agnostic\, of a “Greek\,” as Umberto Galimberti defines himself? \nOne of the most interesting Catholic figures of the current landscape engages in a dialogue with one of the most well-known philosophers and psychoanalysts in Italy about the deep meaning of this word. The result is a high-level debate that is simultaneously clear and enlightening\, rich in suggestions and possible interpretations. It also provides a very interesting mapping of Western spiritual thought\, fundamental for both believers and non-believers.

DESCRIPTION:The Honey Agricultural Fair of the Belluno Dolomites DOP and other typical local products aims to increase awareness of the characteristics of Honey\, with particular reference to local products and the guarantees offered by D.O.P certification\, enhancing the beekeeping and agricultural companies in the area. \nA market exhibition is planned\, showcasing beekeeping equipment\, demonstrations of honey processing (honey extraction)\, and wax processing. \nThe event also aims to promote Beekeeping in environmental terms\, the products of the hive\, and the role of the Beekeeper. \nDuring the event\, a thematic conference will also be offered on ways to improve the profitability of beekeeping businesses. \nThe tenth edition of the provincial competition “Limana Village of Honey – The Best Honeys Produced and Packaged in the Province of Belluno” will be proposed\, aiming to reward and enhance the finest local honeys. \nThroughout the event\, there will be folklore shows\, workshops\, and activities for children\, teenagers\, and adults. \nCelebration dedicated to Beekeeping and Honey\, a market show of honey and local agricultural products with conferences\, activities for children and teenagers\, food and wine tours and guided tastings\, music and events\, and the competition The Best Honeys of the Province of Belluno.

A group of colonists from Veneto and Friuli establishes the first collective Italian settlement on the continent. The name by which the colony is orally passed down from generation to generation is Cèa Venessia (Little Veneto)\, because it was meant to remind those who arrived of home. The name that appears in documents is\, however\, New Italy\, one of the cradles of Italian emigration on the southern continent. \nThe performance tells the story of these migrants and their journey.
