DESCRIPTION:The historical reenactment of the delivery of Feltre to Venice \nIn order to remember and celebrate the donation of Feltre to Venice\, a public decree established that in the following years\, on 15 August\, a procession of all the orders of the city would take place and a Palio of 15 gold ducats would be run.  \n  The Palio that has been held in Feltre since 1979 every first Sunday in August is meant to commemorate this very event. The palio is transformed into a leap back in time that recreates the 15th-century atmosphere thanks to the marvellous choreography studied down to the smallest detail\, the result of scrupulous philological reconstruction.  \n  The pomp and circumstance of the costumes of the procession of nobles and ladies that\, on Sunday morning\, leads from the 16th-century imperial gate along Largo Castaldi to the cathedral forecourt to attend the Holy Mass and in the afternoon along Via Mezzaterra and Piazza Maggiore to the final competitions until the proclamation of the winning quarter.  \n  The city’s four quarters compete in the Prà del Moro arena in the tug-of-war and horse race\, earning valuable points that\, added to those obtained in the relay race and archery\, will determine the new holder of the fifteen-ducat banner.  \n  The celebrations begin on Friday with the dinners of the quarters that bring together hundreds of contradaioli who have come to support their quarter.

It won’t be a walk in the park; as organizers of the Sportful Dolomiti Race\, we have to make you work a bit\, but trust us and let yourself be surprised by the landscape and the magic of nature\, fill your lungs with the fantastic air of the Bellunese. \n  The essence of this journey lies in the route you take\, not in the final finish line. We will be waiting for you at the finish in Pedavena\, in the Park of the century-old Brewery to celebrate your achievement.  \n Three routes are proposed:  \nBUBU (55km and 670m elevation gain) is for gravel newcomers\, for those who want to take a little trip “off the beaten path” without straying too far from Feltre and spending too much time on the bike. \n RANGER SMITH (79 km and 1\,300m elevation gain) is the new entry of the Sportful Dolomiti Gravel.  \n YOGI (190km and 3\,000m elevation gain) is perhaps the most fun\, although more challenging\, and you will have to approach it with the awareness that you will be in the saddle for several hours.  \n All routes\, except for some stretches along the main paved roads useful for connection\, develop on paths\, white roads\, and secondary paved roads.

DESCRIPTION:More than just a race: an international event capable of attracting enthusiasts from all over the world\, from Thailand to the United States. Spartan\, the leading global brand in endurance and obstacle course racing\, officially announces the arrival of the Spartan Belluno Nevegal 2026\, scheduled for June 27 and 28. \nFor two days\, the Nevegal plateau will become the stage for a spectacular challenge between sport\, nature\, and endurance. The new course will take athletes through dense forests\, technical climbs\, panoramic ridges\, and high-altitude meadows up to Col Visentin\, in a unique setting with breathtaking views of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. It is no coincidence that Nevegal is known as the “Terrace on the Dolomites.” \nThe weekend will feature all the main formats of the competition: Sprint of 5 km with 20 obstacles\, Super of 10 km with 25 obstacles\, and Beast of 21 km with 30 obstacles\, in addition to the Kids Race over distances between 1 and 3 km. Athletes will face some of the most iconic obstacles of the discipline\, including Atlas Carry\, A-Frame Cargo\, Barbed Wire Crawl\, Hercules Hoist\, Spear Throw\, Multi-Rig\, and the traditional final fire jump. \nThe Spartan Belluno Nevegal will also be a Trifecta Weekend: participants will be able to complete Sprint\, Super\, and Beast in the same weekend\, earning one of the most coveted challenges of the circuit. \nThe toughest obstacle course on the planet!

SUMMARY:Exhibition of artistic and traditional crafts
DESCRIPTION:Androni\, streets and ancient houses become an exhibition frame for artisanal products. \nThe traditional appointment with the Exhibition of Artistic and Traditional Crafts takes place in Feltre from June 25 to June 28\, 2026. \nThe event was created in 1986 with the aim of providing space and visibility for quality craftsmanship in a unique context in the world: the historic center of Feltre. During the Exhibition\, the corridors of the buildings\, the streets\, and the ancient houses become the ideal backdrop for showcasing artisanal products\, attracting an increasingly large audience. \n  This year\, blacksmiths will also take center stage as they participate in the forging competition and the award named after master Carlo Rizzarda. Throughout the four days\, numerous performances will also take place within the medieval citadel of Feltre. \n The Exhibition of Artistic and Traditional Crafts is held annually along the streets of the historic center of Feltre\, with the ancient buildings of the citadel being opened exceptionally to host artisans and ancient trades.  Artisan skill and “Made in Italy” are the stars of the event in a unique and spectacular setting; blacksmiths forging wrought iron\, masters of glass working\, sculptors\, painters\, ceramicists\, artisans\, and artists populate the streets of the City from Piazza Maggiore\, along Via Mezzaterra to Largo Castaldi.

DESCRIPTION:The hardest Granfondo in Europe \n  It is certainly one of the toughest in Europe! \n  But how did the Gran Fondo come about? The story is of a group of friends passionate about cycling who often get together to climb the nearby Dolomites while having fun in each other’s company.  There are about ten or so of them back in 1988 who decide to found a new cycling club. \nIn the following years\, the committee decides to forge a strong new alliance with the territory and the partnership with Sportful is born\, the world leader in cycling apparel\, leading to the event being renamed Gran Fondo Sportful. \n   In 2009\, the Dolomites were recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site\, and the organizing committee decided to pay tribute by changing the name to Sportful Dolomiti Race since 90% of the route passes through the UNESCO site.  \n Awaiting the Gran Fondo participants on June 21st will be the traditional Gran Fondo of 200km and almost 5\,000m of total elevation gain with a new route that will touch the heart of the Belluno Dolomites with breathtaking scenery like Mount Pelmo\, which is referred to as “el caregon del Padreterno\,” the “throne of God” for its characteristic shape: two monoliths with a central depression that give it the appearance of a gigantic throne.. \n  Those who choose the Medio Fondo route will face 120 km with 2\,450m of elevation gain. \n  For everyone\, the finish will be in the beautiful setting of the historic center of Feltre.

DESCRIPTION:The first Italian road cycling marathon on a 1\,850 m city circuit \nThe 24 hours of Feltre is the only cycling marathon on the road in Italy that takes place on a completely car-free city circuit. It is a relay race with teams consisting of 12 cyclists each. \n It works like a relay: in turn\, the athletes of the team take turns pedaling for 24 hours.   There are 90 registered teams supplemented by 30 individuals\, the so-called Only One\, who ride alone for 24 hours. \n In recent years\, the event has become a real happening where champions from various sports\, music and entertainment personalities\, and famous entrepreneurs come together to pedal.  \n For a couple of years now\, the 24 hours has been a “battlefield” between the team led by actor Paolo Kessisoglu\, who supports a project for young people called “C’è da fare\,” and entrepreneur Renzo Rosso from Vicenza\, owner of Diesel\, who leads a team of famous personalities pedaling to support the projects of the OTB Foundation\, Only the Brave\, which creates solidarity shops for families in need. \n  Each lap pedaled has an economic value; the winner is the one who completes the most laps in 24 hours and thus earns a check to support their project.  \n Here in Feltre\, there are always extraordinary guests\, and we are waiting to learn about the teams and the novelties of 2026!

DESCRIPTION:Passage of the cycling race \nThe 2026 Giro d’Italia Women is set to offer a week of great cycling and entertainment on the roads of Northern Italy\, with nine stages and over 1\,150 kilometers in total from Cesenatico to Saluzzo. A challenging route that will cross through Emilia-Romagna\, Veneto\, Friuli Venezia Giulia\, Trentino Alto-Adige\, Lombardy\, and Piedmont\, featuring more than 12\,000 meters of elevation gain and some decisive stages for the general classification. \nAmong these stands out Stage 4\, on Tuesday\, June 2\, an individual time trial from Belluno to Nevegal that is destined to leave its mark on the pink race. It will consist of 12.7 kilometers almost entirely uphill\, a true climbing time trial that will immediately test the ambitions of the athletes competing for the pink jersey. \nThe trial will start from Piazza Martiri in Belluno with a brief initial stretch of about 1\,600 meters slightly downhill\, before the road begins to gradually rise with gradients around 3-4% up to kilometer 5.3. From there\, the toughest segment will begin: 4.5 kilometers with an average gradient over 10%\, a selective stretch that could lead to significant gaps. The last 1\,500 meters will feature a gentler incline\, but after the previous effort\, every second could make a difference. \nSet within a course designed with increasing difficulty\, the Nevegal time trial represents one of the first true proving grounds of the 2026 Giro d’Italia Women. An authentic climb that promises excitement and could begin to outline\, already from the fourth day of racing\, the first dynamics of the general classification.

DESCRIPTION:On the weekend of May 30th and 31st\, 2026\, Borgo Valbelluna hosts the seventh edition of Dolomiti Fantasy\, the festival dedicated to the fantasy\, nerd\, and pop world that has managed to grow beyond provincial borders over the years\, attracting visitors from all over Northern Italy. \nThe event takes place in Parco Lotto\, a green area immersed in the Dolomite landscape\, ideal for combining entertainment and exploration of the territory. The format offers a mix of cosplay\, comics\, video games\, board games\, art district\, music\, and live performances\, with spaces designed for families\, enthusiasts\, and the curious. \nThe poster for the 2026 edition\, created by the artist Yarghiza (Maira Ranieri) in collaboration with Smile Creative Agency\, vividly conveys the festival’s imagery with intense colors and surreal atmospheres\, merging visual creativity and fantasy suggestions. The historic logo of the event is the work of Dalia Schintu. \nDolomiti Fantasy was born in 2017 as a local project and today is a recognized appointment\, with over 5\,000 attendees in the last editions and notable guests from the national pop and creative scene.
