Zu ihren charakteristischsten Spezialit\u00e4ten z\u00e4hlt die <strong>Gial\u00e9t-Bohne aus dem Val Belluna<\/strong>, ein seltenes Produkt, das Geschichte, Tradition und landwirtschaftliche Biodiversit\u00e4t vereint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch bekannt als <em>fasol biso<\/em>, <em>gial\u00ecn<\/em> oder <em>solferino<\/em>, zeichnet sich die Gial\u00e9t-Bohne durch ihre <strong>kleine, runde Form<\/strong> und ihre besondere <strong>gelb-gr\u00fcne Farbe<\/strong> aus, die an eine Erbse erinnert. Ihr <strong>feiner, ausgewogener Geschmack<\/strong> mit einer leichten Kastaniennote sowie ihre <strong>sehr d\u00fcnne Schale<\/strong> machen sie besonders bek\u00f6mmlich und f\u00fcr alle Altersgruppen geeignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis heute wird sie in begrenzten Mengen von lokalen Erzeugern angebaut, die ein <strong>altes Saatgut bewahren, das von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wird<\/strong>. Schon in der Vergangenheit galt die Gial\u00e9t-Bohne als kostbares Lebensmittel und wurde sogar von H\u00e4ndlern gesch\u00e4tzt, die den <strong>Vatikan<\/strong> belieferten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit <strong>2010<\/strong> ist sie als <strong>Slow Food\u00ae Presidio<\/strong> anerkannt \u2013 ein Zeichen f\u00fcr ihren hohen kulturellen Wert und ihre enge Verbindung zur Landschaft und Identit\u00e4t des Val Belluna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der K\u00fcche \u00fcberzeugt die Gial\u00e9t-Bohne durch ihre <strong>Vielseitigkeit<\/strong>: klassisch gekocht mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l, in traditionellen Suppen oder in modernen Kreationen renommierter K\u00f6che, oft in Kombination mit Fisch und Meeresfr\u00fcchten.
